• Order details you give us: your name, mobile number and delivery address, the products you order, your chosen delivery area and payment method.
• bKash payment details you give us: the bKash number you sent money from and the transaction ID (TrxID), so we can match your payment.
• Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and when, collected automatically by our website and the tools listed below.

If you start the checkout form but do not finish it, the details you have already typed (such as your name, number and address) may be saved so that our team can contact you about your order.

You can pay by cash on delivery or by bKash Send Money. We never ask for your bKash PIN, OTP or any card details, and we do not store them. If anyone asks you for these in our name, please do not share them and let us know.

We share only what a courier company needs to deliver your order: your name, mobile number, address, and the amount to collect for cash on delivery orders.
