These terms apply when you visit maslama.shop or order from Maslama, an online food shop in Bangladesh. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy.

2. Placing an order

• You can order on the website as a guest, or on WhatsApp or by phone. No account is needed.
• Please give a correct name, mobile number and full address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong details.
• Our team will call you to confirm the order before it is sent. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm, or one that looks fake or suspicious.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and can change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. If an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown by mistake, we will contact you before sending, and you may change or cancel the order.

4. Payment

You can pay cash on delivery or pay in advance by bKash Send Money, as shown at checkout. For bKash, please send the exact amount to the number shown and enter the number you sent from and the Transaction ID. We never ask for your bKash PIN or OTP.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh through courier partners. The delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout before you confirm. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays. Please be available on your phone so the courier can reach you.

6. Product information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Our products are natural, so size, shape and colour can vary a little from batch to batch. Items shown with a product in photos, such as plates, vegetables or serving dishes, are not included unless stated.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Using our website

Please do not misuse the website, for example by placing fake orders, trying to break or overload it, or copying it with automated tools.

9. Our content

The Maslama name, logo, product photos and text on this website belong to Maslama. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We work to keep the website available and the information correct, but we cannot promise it will always be error free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
